『Pleasant Style』

Thank you for visiting Pleasant Style web site.

Like you who is now seeing this page, I was fond of thinking about interior and room design when I was a little girl.  Looking at flyers of new homes, I was always dreaming about placing a sofa in this place, hanging a picture on that wall...etc.  I decided to choose a profession which I really love, I went to a school specializing in interior design and became an interior coordinator.

Lucky, I had many job offers, met wonderful clients, experienced various things.

After doing the job for 10 years, to be honest, I became suspicious about the roles of interior designer, got very tired and confused.  I decided to stay away from the job giving myself excuses such as marriage and raising a child.

When my kid got older, I had more free time.  I questioned myself, "What can I do next?" "Can I go back to work after a long blank?" "I'm getting old.."  I had many negative thoughts.

One day, one of my friends asked me, "I want a small display in my room. What do you think is good for my room?"  "I want to buy a sofa. Can you give me a piece of advice?"

It dawned on me that there are many people who want to make their home nicer, but don't know what to do.

After spending time as a homemaker raising a child,  I began to understand the needs of families with small children, a person who loves cooking, a large family seeking storage solutions, etc.

Now I realized that I have broader vision for various family needs.

In general, an interior designer are more likely to work with house builders, not with the people who  will actually live in that house.

We, Pleasant Style, directly talk to the clients who actually live and use the place. We would like to strive for realizing clients' needs without compromise.

We do hope that the place you come back after a day's work is cozy and comforting, gives you healing and empowerment.  We want to support you making your home a better place.
